Welcome to Realestate by Shani. My Name is Shani Ahmad, I am living in Edmonton more that 40 years. I know the city very well, I start my career as an Electrician. I got the ticket and become journey man.

After working so many years as an Electrician, I mate lot of families. Most of them are new to Canada, they are new immigrants. So, I got an idea to help them, after trying so many things I came to know that helping them to settle and buy their first home in Canada is more important, and it is the necessity of their new life.

Then I started learning real estate and got my license from Government of Alberta, its been more than 20 years now I am helping families to settle in Edmonton and surrounding areas. This will become my motto, that serve the community and help the families to buy their dream house.
